In Memory of Dick Clothier
On the 22nd December, directors from BCE arranged the planting of an oak sapling in memory of Dick Clothier, one of BCE’s directors who very sadly died earlier this year. The tree was planted in an existing tree guard, to replace an earlier tree that had failed to establish, in Ellergreen Park, close to Hollins Lane, so that his family can enjoy seeing it as they drive up and down the road. The planting was undertaken by Dick’s wife, Sue. She was accompanied by her daughter, Holly, and son, Chris, plus other family members. It was Holly’s birthday.
